As the core element of the GEMA powder management system the electrostatic application represents a revolutionary solution for the food processing markets: After applying electrostatic charge, the powder particles become attracted by the pieces to coat. This results in a more uniform coating as well as in a strong adhesion that remains also after the application.
 
This new technology is available as part of a total powder management process comprising of Powder Flow Control, Electrostatic Application, Powder Containment and Powder Recirculation system. Besides of powder material savings, reduced cleaning/maintenance and better process control it provides significantely improved quality and appearance of the coated products.
